These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Solfast sp. z o.o. ("Solfast", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.
1. The Service
Solfast provides a SaaS platform for AI search marketing — prompt monitoring, brand mention analytics, autonomous agents and related APIs.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the security of your credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
3. Credits and billing
- The Service is sold in credits. Each plan grants a credit balance; additional credits may be purchased.
- Credits are consumed by features as documented in your dashboard.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice for the next billing cycle.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes; we collect VAT/sales tax where required.

5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Customer content
You retain all rights to data and content you submit. You grant Solfast a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service. We will not use Customer Content to train foundation models.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, designs and documentation, is owned by Solfast and its licensors. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers and APIs. Their terms apply when you use those features. Solfast is not responsible for third-party outages or content.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solfast disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI outputs may be inaccurate — you remain responsible for human review.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Solfast's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Solfast for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Solfast against claims arising from your Customer Content or from your breach of these Terms.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment or risk to the Service. You may terminate by closing your account at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Nowy Targ, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after notice; continued use means acceptance.
