This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the Solfast platform. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
1. You will not
- Use the Service to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
- Send spam, phishing, malware or other unsolicited messages.
- Generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful or sexually exploitative of minors.
- Attempt to manipulate AI engines through deception, cloaking, hidden text, prompt injection of third parties or large-scale automated abuse of public AI products.
- Scrape, mirror or republish data from the Service except as permitted by your plan.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code of the Service.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written authorisation — see our security disclosure process.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to benchmark without our written consent.
- Resell or share access outside the seats included in your plan.
2. Rate and fair use
We enforce per-plan rate limits and credit ceilings. Sustained traffic that materially exceeds the documented limits may be throttled or charged at overage rates.
3. AI content rules
- You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing them.
- Do not represent AI-generated content as a human author when the law requires disclosure.
- Do not use Solfast to generate content impersonating real individuals without consent.
4. Reporting
Report abuse to [email protected]. Report security issues to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge within one business day.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, throttling, suspension or termination, with or without notice depending on severity. Repeat or egregious violations result in immediate termination without refund.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP to reflect new abuse patterns or regulation. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance.
