We want you to be confident when you try Solfast. This Refund Policy describes when we issue refunds and how to request one.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
For your first paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked — provided you have used less than 50% of the credits included in the plan.
2. Subscription renewals
Renewal payments are non-refundable. To avoid the next charge, cancel your subscription before the renewal date in your dashboard. If you were charged after a cancellation due to a technical issue, contact us within 7 days and we'll fix it.
3. Extra credit top-ups
One-time credit purchases are refundable within 14 days only if no credits from that purchase have been consumed.
4. Scale and Enterprise plans
Annual contracts and custom Scale plans are governed by the order form you signed. Refunds follow the cancellation terms set out there.
5. What is not refundable
- Credits already consumed.
- Add-ons or professional services already delivered.
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Charges older than 60 days, unless required by law.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we resolve most issues within one business day. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the email on your account.
- Include your invoice number and the reason for the request.
- We confirm receipt within one business day and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
